Allow me to analyze your school’s curriculum (or aspects of it) both vertically and horizontally. Gain better understanding of how you are doing in relation to subject-specific national standards and transformative pedagogical practices.

    I will

    • Engage in a series of collaborative discussions with administrators and curriculum leaders to understand the school’s mission, values, strategic goals, and desired outcomes of the project.

    • Analyze the materials shared with me and facilitate discussions with curriculum leaders as the analysis unfolds.

    • Make targeted recommendations to the administration based on the findings.

  • As a school leader, it can often be difficult to find the time to focus on your own growth. Engage in a safe space to be nourished and find the guided support to realize your full potential as an educational leader.

    • Set new goals that will transform your work with your teams, teachers, or the families with whom you engage.

  • With 3-7 years into your teaching career, you most likely feel that you are on solid footing when it comes to classroom management and providing a solid education for your students. But what would it take to be a transformative teacher? Work with me as I provide the space and support for you to imagine, design, and teach with new intentions.

    • Learn to successfully integrate the complexities of teaching and learning into your practice.

    • Engage in topics related to brain-based research and curriculum design.

    • Create child-centered learning environments where your students will be motivated as they build the skills needed for fully engaging in the 21st century.

  • In a time of incredible shifting in what administrators must attend to, fewer supervisors have been able to consistently show up for those who are just a few years into the profession. My work supports those with 1-2 years of teaching so they can feel confident about their work, and you can know that they are building a strong foundation from which to grow.
